2010 Vancouver Olympic Cauldron

Vancouver’s four-armed glass and steel cauldron was built to reflect the 2010 Games’ theme of fire on ice and was first lit  by hockey legend Wayne Gretzky during the Opening Ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Vancouver Olympic cauldron will be re-lit every evening at 6:00pm when Canada wins a gold medal in competition that day. Tonight it will be lit thanks to our gold medals in Ski Cross.
